PREDICT AND WIN ONLINE CONTEST (DRAW)
Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

1. Entry to the Draw is available only to persons over the age of 18. An Entrant may be asked, at any stage, to provide INDIA MUMBAI INDIANS (PTY) LTD, (the “Organizers”) with proof of age and /or identity.
2. The Draw is open for bonafide Social Media account holders only (“Entrant”). Further, no employees or relatives (spouse, parent, child or sibling) of the Organizers, I, or any person working with a valid SA T20 2023 League(“League”) accreditation will be eligible for entry.

2. Entry:

1. Entries shall be submitted on 1 MI Cape Town match day from the time the post goes live on MICT’s social media handles (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram) before the match begins 17hours 29minutes for evening games, as per South Africa Standard Time through social media valid account of the Entrant ( “Entry Period”)
2. Entry into the Draw is free. The Organizers accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment of any kind suffered by any Entrant in entering the Draw, including as a result of any such Entrant winning or not winning any Prize.
3. Each Entrant shall be entitled to make a single entry. In the event that the Organizers deem an Entrant to have in any way acted in bad faith with respect to the Draw, such Entrant shall be excluded from the Draw and consequently deemed ineligible to win the Prize.
4. All Entries must be received during the Entry Period. Entries received before or after an Entry Period will not be considered and shall be deemed null and void without requirement of any further intimation by Organizers.
5. Organizers and/or its group companies shall not be responsible in the event that Entrant are not received or the Entrant is unable to participate or post her /his Entry due to any network problem, breakdown in machinery or any other technical error of any nature whatsoever.

3. Acknowledgments:

Upon the Entrant clicking “Submit/Post” button, she/he unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions and the Draw Rules, and agrees :

1. That she/he fulfills the Eligibility criteria as above;
2. The Entrants must live in Cape Town, South Africa
3. In the case that two or more players bag the same number of wickets, the player with the better economy rate will be considered as the top wicket-taker of the day
4. The Organizers may use her/his name, likeness or image for promotional and marketing purposes without the requirement for any payment to the Entrant and the Entrant hereby grants the Organizers the right to do the same and expressly waive any claims against the Organizers in this regard.
5. To release, discharge and hold harmless the Organizers, their legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered, sustained or allegedly sustained in connection to the Draw or the acceptance of the Prize.
6. These terms and condition may be altered and/ may be cancelled, modified or suspended at any time by the Organizers in its sole discretion, without any notice.
7. The Entrants acknowledges that, the Organizers’ decision is final with respect to (i) all matters relating to selection of messages and awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any Entrant or by any third party ; (ii) 1 (one) winner will be selected by Organisers solely and will stand to win one match jersey; (iii) The winner will be announced the 2 days after the match and will be contacted via their social media handles.

4. Privacy:

The Organizers will not disclose any personal information submitted by an Entrant to any other Entrant or any third party unless required to do so for the purpose of the Draw or by a competent authority or court in India.

5. Law and jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction over any and all disputes shall be exclusive to the courts in Mumbai.

6. Draw Rules :

1. The Prizes for the contest winners shall be 1 match jersey (“Prize ”) .
2. The winners may be awarded at the discretion of the Organizers which will be informed through social media handles of such winners (“Prize Notification”). Prizes will be sent to the winners in the manner set out in the Prize Notification.
3. All Prizes will be sent within three months from the date of the completion of the league.
4. Winners must share their mailing address & phone number , as requested by the Organizers.
5. The Prize shall be registered in the name of the Winner only and subject to each Winner providing copies of identification as requested by organizers and residence address proof. Winners registering the Prize in Cape Town, South Africa shall also provide their identification as accepted by Organisers bearing the Cape Town, South Africa address. The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.
